Our product combines industry best practices, regulator-accepted methodology, and a practical, user-centric design.

As our platform evolves, we are looking for a UI / Software Graphic Designer with a strong visual and aesthetic focus to define and elevate the look and feel of our software, marketing materials, and digital assets. Successful interns will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role after the three-month internship.

Role Overview

This role is not a UX or product research role. It is a visual design role focused on aesthetics, branding, and visual consistency. You will be responsible for creating beautiful, high-quality visual assets for software UIs and digital channels, including custom icons, color systems, illustrations, and UI graphics. You will work from existing functional layouts and requirements and focus on making them clear, modern, and visually compelling.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for color, typography, spacing, and visual harmony, and enjoys crafting polished visuals for professional, enterprise-grade products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually polished UI screens based on existing layouts and functional requirements

• Create custom icons, UI elements, and reusable visual components

• Define and refine color palettes, typography styles, and visual themes

• Produce digital assets for software UI, websites, and presentations

• Ensure visual consistency across products, features, and platforms

• Improve the visual quality of existing screens through redesign and refinement

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are practical and implementable

• Prepare design assets for handoff to developers (SVGs, specs, assets)

• Requirements

• Strong background in visual / graphic design for digital products or software

• Excellent sense of color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy

• Experience creating custom icons, UI graphics, and digital assets

• Ability to produce clean, modern, and professional-looking designs

• Comfortable working within existing layouts and constraints

• Strong attention to detail and consistency

• Ability to clearly explain visual design decisions

• Comfortable collaborating with a multinational team

• Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
